The requested illustrations are delivered only DIGITAL via email, the advances by the client's contact platform.

The requested artwork is for PERSONAL USE only. At the moment, COMMERCIAL USE is not allowed.

It is strictly FORBIDDEN to copy, trace, resell, repost without credits, claim my art as your own, creation of NFTs or use of AI referring to my drawing style.

As an artist, I am allowed to PUBLISH MY WORK on my social media.

The artist will be kept in CONSTANT COMMUNICATION regarding their commission.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A COMMISSION if I find the request complicated according to my skills and knowledge, therefore, you are requested first to send reference of the pose and characters.

UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES is it acceptable for the client to choose to defraud the artist, i.e. use bank or Paypal support to request a refund.

Some drawings may VARY SLIGHTLY due to the artist's constantly changing skills.

Commissions are handled by ORDER AND WAITING LIST, that is, the work will go in turns, giving priority to who paid first.

In case of insisting the artist to make a commission that they have refused to do, cancel or ignore the artist for more than 4 days, THEY WILL GO TO THE BLACKLIST AND WILL BE BLOCKED.

You will be given an estimate time when the artist starts your commission.

The link to fill out the forms will only be given by the artist to the client once the commission has been agreed upon and before payment. The client is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SHARE THE LINK to people that the artist does not work with.

The delivery time varies according to the difficulty and modifications made to the commission. However, there is an estimate of the time:

🎨SKETCH: 1-4 days.

🎨LINEART: 2-7 days.

🎨COLORING: 2-5 days.

🎨FINALIZATION: Once the final coloring is approved, it is sent by mail in a maximum of 24 hours.

Delivery delays may occur, so please commission at least 1-2 months in advance if the artwork is a gift. Please be patient.

The maximum delivery time is 3 months. However, the artist will try to have your commission ready in less than 2 weeks (not guaranteed).

The process to request a commission is specific, so to ensure the request, you must follow the following procedure when sending a message/email:

BEFORE, YOU MUST SEND THE REFERENCE OF THE POSE AND CHARACTER(S) SO THAT THE ARTIST CAN LET YOU KNOW WHETHER THEY CAN DO THE COMMISSION OR NOT. AFTER APPROVAL, A FORM IS SENT AND THE PDF IS ATTACHED ON IT.

🎨PDF FILE: Commission (User Name) (Social Network) - Gyu FB Commission

🎨Reference of pose, clothing, hands, eyes, hair strands, shoes, objects, simple scenery, etc. Any kind of reference to detail and, if possible, in different angles (No pose references, it will be taken as creative freedom). Make your PDF by sections in a specific way.

🎨Type of commission (Individual, couple, group, etc).

🎨Images of the characters (attach angles of the character in different views, add data such as height, profession, personality description or anything else you think may help the artist).

At the end of the whole process, the client is asked for their email address in order to send the commission.

SKETCH: A maximum of 4 revisions will be given.

LINEART: If the sketch is approved, we will start with the lineart, with a limit of 2 revisions.

COLORING: For the base colors, the revisions will be only 3. For the shadows and lights (experimental render), 2 revisions maximum will be given. The simple background color is your choice, for this, there are no revision limits; if you prefer, you can provide a HEX code for it.

FINALIZATION AND SENDING: When the drawing has been approved after the coloring stage, I will send you a preview of the illustration, where you can add small details, this is only done ONCE. Once this review is finished, I will proceed to send the image in PNG format via email.

Payments outside the country are made through PAYPAL AND EXTRA COMMISSION IS CHARGED (The artist can tell you how much it will be at the time of quoting, since it varies according to the price of what you request).

PAYMENTS ARE FULL, deposits are NOT accepted in parts.

NO REFUNDS ACCEPTED under any circumstances. Please be sure when commissioning.

If you pay via Paypal, the artist will ask for your email to generate an invoice. If you do not want to give it, the COMMISSION WILL BE CANCELLED.

If the illustration contains more than one person, a 50% fee will be charged for each extra person.

If more revisions are required for each of the steps, 10% will be charged for each extra revision.
